Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the INART Rewards Program. By participating in this Program, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully:
1.
INART Points do not have cash value, nor can they be exchanged for cash. These points are non-transferrable and may not be sold or traded.
Please note, only products purchased directly from INART official website will be eligible for INART Points. Purchases made through other channels will not be counted.
2.
Points will be rewarded when the order is fulfilled on INART's part, unless otherwise specified in the terms of special promotional events.
3.
If a member is found to have obtained points through improper means (including but not limited to false transactions or fraudulent activities), the platform reserves the right to rescind such points and take appropriate action against said where necessary.
4.
For free physical products, the platform will complete inspection and packaging before shipment. If damage or loss occurs during transportation, please contact the logistics provider for assistance.
5.
The platform reserves the right to update or adjust the rules of this program, as well as suspend or terminate the program. Members will be notified through official channels.
For every $1 spent on products, you will earn 1 point. Please note that points are calculated based on the product price only, excluding shipping, taxes, or any additional fees. If your order contains multiple products, points are calculated based on the actual amount paid for each item. Points are credited once your order has been fulfilled by INART.
Yes! Your previous purchases of INART products have already been automatically converted into points. You can check your total points in the “My Points” section.
No. Coupons you get by redeeming points will never expire, but each coupon can only be used once. Be sure to double-check that the coupon has been applied when checking out.
Yes. If an order is canceled or refunded, any points earned from that order will be deducted from your account. Please make sure your orders are completed to keep your points.
When you have enough points, simply press Redeem to complete the redemption.
All unused rewards will be stored in "My Rewards".
For free physical products, you must proceed with the purchase and fill in your shipping address for the order to be successfully placed.
No. Coupons redeemed with points are linked to your account and cannot be used by other accounts. Each coupon is for the account that redeemed it only.
No. Once a coupon is generated by redeeming points, the points cannot be returned, even if you don't use the coupon. Please make sure to calculate carefully before redeeming, so you can get the maximum benefit from your coupon.
Yes. Only purchases made through our official website are eligible for points. Purchases from other platforms or retailers are not included in the program.
No. Coupons redeemed with points cannot be used together. Only one coupon can be applied per order.
No. Reward is only credited after the entire order is completed. If part of your order hasn't been delivered yet, the reward will be issued once all items are received and the order is fully completed.
When a friend you invite successfully places an order and completes the purchase, you will automatically receive the reward. Please note: If your friend's order is canceled, refunded, or not completed, the reward will not be awarded.
If you receive points or rewards from an order and later cancel that order, the points and rewards earned from it will be automatically revoked.
