Refund policy

  • All collectibles are quoted in USD, unless otherwise stated.
  • No returns policy: All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products. 
  • Deposits or Full Payments are only refundable or transferable to another product if INART cancels the release of the collectible bust or statue.
  • For any successful cancellation and monetary refund, a 5% admin charge of the amount to be refunded will be charged to customers to cover all administrative and postage costs.
  • INART will ship or allow collection of the products only to the original buyer.
  • Before buying, it is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm whether the INART collectable is allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address.
  • No freight forwarder or PO Box addresses will be allowed.
  • INART reserve the right to cancel and forfeit any orders whose shipping address is not compliant to our licensed territories.
  • INART collectibles are available on a pre-order basis. This means that the customer is required to pay a non-refundable deposit up front and the final payment once the product is manufactured and ready to ship.
  • The images used in promotional materials and on the INART store are of the samples only and have been approved by the licensor.
  • As INART figures contain elements that not mass produced, there may be small differences between the prototype and the final product. 
  • Customers must be aware that INART will not accept refund requests based on differences between the promotional images and the final product. 
  • Final release date of this product is subject to delays from the manufacturer or licensing approvals.
  • Customers are expected to pay any balance remaining within 2 weeks upon notification of collection by INART. If we do not hear from the customer, a reminder via recorded phone call, text message and email will then be sent and collection dated extended for another 2 weeks (Total of 1 month from date of collection notification).
  • Non collection of products after 1 month will be deemed as product cancellation and deposit forfeited.
  • Stocks are extremely limited and it is expected that multiple buyers are attempting to buy the same product at the same time (at check-out page). Hence, it is possible to encounter stock not available at the moment buyer clicks ‘purchase’ – this is not system bug. In rare cases where 2 customers have purchased at the exact same moment causing product to be oversold, INART will issue a full refund to affected customers.
  • Price detailed does not include Shipping Fees and Tax calculations.
  • Final shipping fees will be calculated closer to shipping date and invoiced separately.
  • INART is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be.
  • You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
