INART Shipping Method
INART selects carriers that can deliver your collectible figure safely and efficiently while keeping shipping costs as reasonable as possible.
If an international collector has a preferred carrier,
please contact customerservice@inart.studio. We will consider your request, but the availability of a specific carrier cannot be guaranteed.
How are the International Shipping Charges calculated?
Selected Products and Markets with Regional Pricing
INART’s regional pricing framework applies to selected products and markets. Prices are displayed in the applicable market currency, and the price components may vary by destination.
Whether applicable taxes, duties and standard shipping are included will be specified on the relevant product page or at checkout.
For certain destinations, additional shipping charges may apply. Any such requirement will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page and at checkout. Where the final shipping charge cannot be confirmed at the time of purchase, it will be communicated before shipment.
Other International Destinations
For products or international destinations not covered by INART’s regional pricing framework, our standard international shipping arrangements continue to apply.
International shipping charges are calculated based on dimensional weight and the destination country or region.
For in-stock orders, a shipping quote will normally be provided during checkout.
For pre-order products, the final shipping charge may not be available until the product has been completed and its final package dimensions and weight have been confirmed.
For certain products, we may provide an estimated shipping charge based on the sample product’s dimensions and weight, together with the estimated dimensions and weight of the shipping carton.
Customs, Taxes and Import Charges
For destinations where customs duties, import taxes, sales taxes or other applicable charges are not expressly included in the product price or collected at checkout, these charges remain the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the relevant customs authority or carrier.
Customers are responsible for investigating the taxes and duties that may apply before shipment. INART uses the customs classification code that we reasonably consider appropriate for our products and the destination.
Estimated taxes and duties may be checked using the following third-party tool:
Any estimate provided by a third-party tool is for general reference only and is not guaranteed by INART.
The relevant customs authority may independently review or change the product’s customs classification. If you believe that the final classification or assessed charges are incorrect, you may contact the carrier and/or the relevant customs authority directly to request a review.
To request available information concerning actual import charges, customs documentation or clearance receipts, please contact INART before the agreed shipment date.
For each item for which import charges are calculated, you authorize INART, unless otherwise stated, to designate a carrier (the “Designated Carrier”) to act as your agent in dealings with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, clear the merchandise, and process and remit the applicable import charges. The risk of loss and title to the purchased products pass to you when INART delivers the products to the carrier.
If a package is refused because of import charges or duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges incurred by INART.
If the package cannot be returned to INART following the customer’s refusal, no refund will be issued.
Purchase Limitations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be lawfully imported into the destination country or region. When ordering from INART, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country or region.
Customers should carefully review the “Product Availability” information on the relevant product page and purchase only if their destination is within the product’s authorized sales territories.
INART cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.
