INART creates licensed action figures. Due to licensing rules, not all figures ship around the world. Check the product description to see if a figure is available in your country.

INART figures are all made to pre-order. This means that you can place a non-refundable deposit or pay the full balance during the pre-order period. Once this period is closed we will begin production. Please check the product page for estimated completion dates.

INART designs and creates licensed action figures. As all of our figures are licensed, INART can only offer figures to collectors in regions permitted by the licensor.

For new collectors, licensing can be a new concept. For a company to be able to use the Intellectual Property or likeness of a character or person, permission and rights must be obtained from the owner of the IP or Likeness rights. It is often the owner of these rights, or the “Licensor” which will select the company’s they will work with and the regions they can operate.

INART’s goal is to make the world’s most realistic action figures. INART also would like to make these figures available globally. In the last two years, we have been able to extend our licensing rights, and we will continue to obtain more world wide rights so that you can own an INART figure.
