INART Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Program

Affiliates may promote INART products through TikTok Shop, the official website, or other approved channels.

Transactions may occur on the following platforms:

• TikTok Shop (platform-managed orders), or
• INART official website (direct e-commerce orders)

2. Commission & Attribution

Commissions are only earned on valid, completed purchases tracked through official affiliate links, codes, or TikTok Shop attribution systems.

• TikTok Shop orders: Commissions are based on TikTok Shop’s tracking and reporting system
• Website orders: Commissions are based on INART’s internal tracking system

If attribution conflicts occur, the final determination will be made at INART's discretion.

3. Non-Commissionable Orders

Commissions will NOT be paid for:

• Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or abnormal transactions
• Self-purchases or abuse of affiliate links
• Orders generated through misleading or non-compliant content
• Orders that violate platform policies (TikTok or otherwise)

Affiliates MUST comply with:

• TikTok advertising and content policies: https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article/tiktok-advertising-policies
• Applicable laws (including FTC and EU regulations)

Failure to comply may result in commission forfeiture or removal from the Program.

5. Platform Compliance

Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable platform rules.

• For TikTok Shop transactions, INART and Tiktok policies will apply, and TikTok policies take precedence in the event of any conflicts.
• For website transactions, INART policies will apply.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved brand assets solely for promotional purposes. Unauthorized use or modification of brand assets is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

• False or exaggerated product claims
• Misrepresentation of affiliation with INART
• Unauthorized coupon or discount distribution
• Unauthorized artificial manipulation of engagement or traffic
• Any activity that harms INART's reputation

8. Payments

Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes will generally result in a deduction from payable commissions.

However, commission deductions will be determined based on the cause of the refund or dispute:

• If caused by affiliate actions (including misleading content, non-compliance, or policy violations), commissions will be forfeited.
• If caused by customer-related reasons (such as change of mind or delivery refusal), commissions may be reversed.
• If caused by product quality issues, fulfillment errors, or factors within INART’s control, commissions will not be deducted.

INART reserves the right to make the final determination based on available data and platform reporting.

9. Termination

INART reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without prior notice at its sole discretion. Any unpaid commissions may be withheld in cases of violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

INART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Affiliates are solely responsible for their content and promotional activities.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
