Eligibility Window:
Orders placed from Nov 28, 00:00 to Dec 1, 24:00 (GMT+8).

• A randomly selected “Lucky Number” will be announced each day.
• If your order number contains the "Lucky Number", you will receive a refund of up to USD $500 (maximum). If your order is below USD $500, it will be fulfilled for free.
• Any fraudulent orders or suspicious repeated purchases will result in immediate disqualification.
• If there is a disqualification, the "Lucky Number" will not be announced for that day.

Rules:

• Discount thresholds are calculated based solely on product value (excluding shipping, taxes, deposit/remaining balance splits, etc. For a deposit payment, only the deposit counts towards this total.).
• Each coupon can only be used once per customer.
• Coupons cannot be stacked with other coupons.
• Coupons from different sales channels are not combinable.

Value-Based Gift Program:

• Orders must have a total paid amount exceeding USD $850 to qualify for the free maintenance kit.
• The maintenance kit will be shipped together with the last pre-order item in your order.

Rules:

4. Refund Policy for Spend & Save Orders

1/6 Collectible Figures:

• Fully refundable during the pre-order period.

1/12 Scale Figures:

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Outside the pre-order period: deposit is non-refundable; remaining balance and shipping fee will be refunded.

Spend & Save Orders:

• If an item from a Spend & Save order is refunded and the remaining items no longer meet the discount threshold, the previously applied discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
• If the system determines that there is abuse of the policy (e.g., repeatedly triggering discounts through refund behavior), the order may be disqualified from the promotion.

5. Restrictions & Usage Rules

• Discounts cannot be combined.
• INART reserves the right to disqualify any order that violates fair purchase principles.
• In the event of inconsistency between any terms and conditions of these terms and the translation, the English version will have precedence and control.

6. Shipping & Customs

• For all non–free-shipping products, shipping fees (regardless of full payment or deposit payment) will be collected before shipment.
• For products marked as Free Shipping, taxes and duties are NOT included.
• Customers are responsible for awareness and payment of local import taxes and customs duties.
