2. Spend & Save Discounts

Rules:

• Discount thresholds are calculated based on product value only (excluding shipping, taxes, and any deposit or remaining balance splits). For deposit payments, only the deposit amount counts.
• Each coupon may be used once per customer.
• Coupons cannot be stacked with other coupons.
• Coupons from different sales channels cannot be combined.

3. Refund Policy for Spend & Save Orders

1/6 Scale Collectible Figures:

• Fully refundable during the pre-order period.

1/12 Scale Figures:

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Outside the pre-order period: the deposit is non-refundable; the remaining balance and shipping fee will be refunded.

Spend & Save Orders:

• If an item is refunded and the remaining order no longer meets the discount threshold, the applied discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
• Orders may be disqualified from the promotion if policy abuse is detected.

4. Shipping & Customs

• For qualifying in-stock purchases, items will be shipped within seven business days during the event. Free gifts will be shipped separately at a later date.
• For non–free-shipping products, shipping fees will be collected before shipment.
• For products marked as Free Shipping, taxes and duties are not included.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable local import taxes and customs duties.
